A Capuchin Monkey weighing it between 3-9 pounds sitting ever so

briefly for me to capture him/her while the rest of the unit played

and frolicked in their enclosure at Melbourne zoo.

Thanks for your thoughts

Such an accurate composition! Technically flawless, as always is your work. But is the sense of depth of his gaze what more impressive is, lot of questions emerging in my mind. Great job.

Exceptional composition Art. Amazing details in this small monkey and his 'chosen perch'. Such an intent gaze. Beautiful colours and details overall. Your signature 'style' of excellence. Warm regards, Gail

Simply stunning work! The colour scheme; the undulating texture of the bark and the fur; the powerful gaze; the "clair-obscur" contrast... everything works to make it perfect! I am amazed and admirative!

Best regards,

Audrey

What a wonderful animal portrait. The best accolade I can say is that one would have absolutely no idea that this image was taken in a zoo.

Probably one of your best images.  The black bg shrouded by tree cavity with subject lighted in middle is a great combo.   Possibly the D800 may be in your cross hairs now.

Great works again as usual.!!! Almost looks as if this cutie was waiting for you to capture him since he always wanted to be on the "Front Page"

If you took this capture through a fence like we sometimes have to do at various Zoo's then Bravo!!! You WON once again!!!

Congratulations on another Winner my friend.

Warmest Regards

J

I have admired your work for a long time.  This is one of your best IMO.

And to think that the potential is available to all of us - not just those fortunate enough to be able to capture images in the wild.

Exquisite !!!!!!!!!!
