I rate this a 5 but would have rated a 6 if she was wearing a dress that was darker than her face. The light dress pulls the eye away from her lovely face. Great facial lighting with a soft edge transition into the shadows, great eye catch-lights, and a Mona Lisa like expression. Nice composition and use of space. A high-key background would have tamed her dress but the nice contrast you achieved with the facial lighting would muted somewhat with that approach---I vote for a darker dress and keeping everything else the same. Good job.

Very nice portrait, well-timed on the expression, eyes are lovely.

Beautiful portrait with the viewer immediately captured by the look in her eyes.  Very nicely photographed!
