The photographer uses the pun in the title to describe the abstract yet intriguing imagery. The frame is cleverly turned upside down to create the illusion of falling. Where does she intend to go? What is her destination? The expression in her face, an eagerness in her twitched fingers, all indicate a longing for the yet unknown. The bottom of the frame is just empty, which actually tells a lot. She as a true lover has surrendered herself in the hands of the unknown destiny. Isn't that what lovers do? Don't they fall in love without pragmatism, risking everything?

Your last questions dig deep into the matter. When one fall in love indeed fall into the unknown, naked, without any armour, for good or for bad, for both at all. That's the meaning.
