Rushing waters

Love the flow

The flow is lovely Alec. (I imagine you slowed your shutter speed?) Only asking as I am still learning. The colour of the water is what really attracts me. The little waterfalls in the background are also quite lovely.

Yes Gail torrents of fast flowing waters and I left the tripod in the coach. So had to shoot at low speed 1/10 sec and F/4. Rested my camera on a ledge and it did work well. Lucky me.

So good you had a place to rest the camera Alec! This really is a beautiful capture. The colour of the water has such a splendide hue. The slow shutter speed further accentuated the lovely colour. Reminds me of the colour of the water in the 'Grassy Lakes' near Banff, Alberta.
