well! not because of any particular compositional or technical flaw, just because it doesn't attract me. maybe it's a matter of taste but colors, mood, the flare,... makes me nervous (and this doesn't mean I'm a fan of pleasing colorful photos in anyway). others may like this photo, it all depends on the reaction of the brain which is different in different people :)

Arash, that's ok. A very acceptable reason.

I guess everything in life is a personal thing, but I like this, the colours are very pleasing and the flare is in exactly the right place, the baloon has just a little detail in it and is caught at the optimum moment, very pleasing IMO, best regards - Richard.

for my taste, which is not very important in the scheme of things, the balloon which is an inspiring, playful, beautiful thing is made ugly and the lens flare adds something for some but not for my eye. I have appreciated other images by you, but this one, no.
