Handheld shot! I used low drive speed (3fps, I think) to get this shot.

Thanks Grigoriy! I get lucky with poses (since no one can tell these guy what to do :-) ) . I do increase my chance by shooting at low continuous drive speed (at about 1,2 fps, I think).

Thanks Steve! My birthday was last Friday but I sure feel like it's my birthday yesterday (Sunday) since I got so many good shots with continuous low drive shooting. :-) - My neigborhood only have 4 hummingbirds and one guard the back (this one) and another one guard the front of the house (a much better looking male Allen with beautiful gorget) since both end have blooming Stephanotis which is now in full bloom.

I just don't see how it could get any better!  Hope you had a good birthday.  Let's see if PN will allow me to give you yet another 7.

wow! Stunnig from all sides! I know how hard it is to get this kind of shot. Tried - never happened yet. Congratulations! Tamara

Thank you folks! Not to brag but I think once the bird always comes to the feeder then this shooting style is actually so simple compares to having to chase the HB all over the place. Of course, one should look forward to attaining more interesting/difficult image but that will take time and practice (both shooting and devising a way to attract multiple birds). Happy birdshooting!  :-)
