I like the color in the windows, but the sky lacks interest.

Not a portrait

Brian,Whatever do you mean "NOT a PORTRAIT". I never claimed it was a portrait, it is not in a portrait file. You can see that my photo is in Architecture. Did I miss something?

I got a similar comment and 1/1 rating from Brian about a fireworks shot not being a portrait. He's been abusing other people too.

 

Is the sun setting behind you that's creating the nice warm colors on the buildings? I like the framing of the trees in each corner.

Guillermo. lo de portrait (esta claro que no es un retrato :) puede ser que te lo digan debido a que "portrait" tambien se usa para describir el encuadre vertical. De igual forma tambien se usa "landscape" para describir el encuadre horizontal. Cosas de la semantica :)

Photo.net is putting your photo in the portrait file. I was checking out portrait submissions and it was opening places and architecture works. Photo.net is misrepresenting your work.

 

I'm sorry if it comes off as rude, but it made no sense why someone would place them in the portrait folders when they are clearly not. Now we all know that it is the site that has done this to your work.

your intention was to show the colors on the bulding, works well. i like the image and the composition. the framing of the tree works well here.
