joel_w1 0 Posted July 20, 2012 The image has a strong foreground that makes the viewer focus their attention to the steeple on top of the hill. Unfortunately, the sky takes up more then 1/2 of your image, and is completely without any clouds or even changing tones, ei. anything to make it somewhat interesting to the viewer. It would be a much stronger image is you cropped out a min. of 3/4 of the sky. Link to comment
donna pallotta 108 Posted July 20, 2012 i luv the way you saw this scene, Val. it's a very subtle and quite beautiful use of bw... the large white sky and the dark hills create a stark frame that immediately draws the viewers eyes to this very tucked away church. very solemn atmosphere... earth and God ;-} dp Link to comment
