Piercing eyes; looks a little overexposed to my eye

Good photo. Good composition with the man on the left just looking in. I think the hanging carpet strands are a little distracting though. Maybe a little over exposed, but that`s a personal preference point of view and there is nothing bad about the exposure taken here.

Very nice Composition he almost looks angry, very curious was he upset you took his picture?. Also, I agree with the comment above, the out of focus strings are very distracting however I do like the one that is in focus. With that I took 5 minutes ti edit them out, but left the little grey patch in the front. Let me know what you think. Otherwise, very powerful shot, nice work

 

Aqui pillé tu camara-travesti! :)). Está enfocada la barba, no los ojos!!. La diferencia es muy pequeña, pero existe. Asi y todo la foto está muy bien, aunque quitaría el reflejo superior izquierd utilizando un parasol en el objetivo. Por cierto, no te has planteado comprar una cámara analógica? :)

eso no es un reflejo es otro cordon fuera de foco. The out of focus strings are part of the whole ambience. Stop being so anal.

Great to see some adult Indian carpet weavers. I'm also surprised you managed to get it so well lit, as theses workshops are usually very dark.
