Squirrel Under Porch

This is why I can't keep birdseed in my feeders! I heard him scurry

across the roof and then he peeked down at me. You can see the dew

in his whiskers - it was early spring. I wish the (out of focus) top

of the porch wasn't in the picture so much, but it does give some

depth to it, I guess.

Such a cute furry squirrel or chipmunk (I am not sure!) The dark bar in the upper part of the frame is distracting and the rock upon with he sits could have been exposed better. overall very good!

nice but a tighter crop would make it better. There's to much non-information in this pic.

I think that the blurry porch top makes the photo feel more spontaneous - with the viewer and the squirrel mutually surprised to see each other. :-)

Sometimes I feel like they are posing, too - I usually am not all that quiet when I'm trying to get these shots. I frequent say quietly, "Stay riiiiiight there....don't move", and they seem to oblige.
