sunset from Sandia Crest

This is a difficult image and I am still struggling with it. The main purpose of the trip was far from photographic. As a result I only brought my Olympus EPL-1 with the kit lens, no tripod, nothing fancy. The fact that a few hours earlier I took pictures of people in rather dark rooms and I forgot to rest the ISO did not help. :-(

In any case, the scene was way beyond the dynamic range of the sensor. I took multiple exposures (in burst mode), but the resulting HDR's are not very satisfying. Therefore, this is my attempt to expose the same image twice in ACR and blend them in Photoshop. Out of several attempts this is probably the one I like the best.
