GUnnar, Now i am kicking myself i did not sped more timeat this building. YOu havecaptured a great perspective of this building. Onei did not even consider. And that is the great thing about photography, 10 different people will all seethe same scene differently, what you have seen and captured is just great.

Great intertwining curves and lines -- love the way the bright top part of your photo balances out the black bottom. A striking compositional piece, Gunnar...

I am particularly taken by the way in which you have the form rising out of the darkness into the blinding light. The diagonal transition from blackness bottom right to near blown  glare of whiteness top left serves us a unique and inspired vision. A beautiful interpretation of this building.

My eye seems to want a tiny bit more space on the left side of the frame, however the tight crop does serve to add tension.

Umm..I'm going to admit that when I first saw this thumbnail it really looked to me like a suit and tie...very abstract. What can I say..my mind works in strange ways sometimes :)

When I clicked on it though it at once became clear that this is a great composition. I always see the perspective of looking up at a building (I have done it too) but the way you have it at an angle is interesting as well as leading the eye to the blown highlight which I would not have been brave enough to include really makes this stand out.

I've never before seen architecture so perfectly mimic the essentials of the human form. As Gordon noted, like figures emerging from darkness into blinding light.

Gunnar, you have a great talent, being able to capture this structure so well.

As I looked at this one on my smart phone I was believing seeing a headless dummy wearing a haute couture dress, and now back at home on my PC it still plays games with my imagination. Truly a delicious sample of personification of a building. Here you have a challenge to work on further with this theme, something that might require a lot of travelling...
