Bird, Prey, Buzzard

Outstanding image in most respects.  Good action shot and extremely sharp.  Nitpicks: the bright background, and the eye could use some brightening.  Suggestion: can you brighten the eye without increasing the exposure?  I would (if this were my image) use Lightroom 4.1's adjustment brush and a yellow tint to lighten the eye.  Not everyone wants to modify a "found" image, of course; just a suggestion.
