arnabdas 0 Posted July 9, 2003 A classic calendar shot, but I find the white flower in the foreground a wee bit distracting. Link to comment
rich_evans 0 Posted July 9, 2003 Nice composition, great colors. Only 1 small nit to pick and I know this doesn't usually bother many folks, but I always find non-horizontal horizon lines to be distracting, and as long as you had to digitize the image to get it to this point, its relatively easy to view a grid, and align the horizon with the grid lines. I'll attach an example which I've also sharpened just a touch. --Rich Link to comment
joshua_golbert 0 Posted July 9, 2003 wow, nice blues. I think the purple flowers in front could be sharper Link to comment
richard van hoesel 0 Posted July 10, 2003 I like what you're doing in these last two ultrawide near-far shots Dave but imo the light could be better. The blown out (or nearly so) parts of the sky make them a little harsh for my taste. I think shooting when the sun is lower (and over your shoulder) would give you better results still. j_k11 0 Posted July 10, 2003 a bit of serenity! the blue and green is so healthy for the eye. i like the various tones of blues swirling with the white creamy clouds. Link to comment
alberto.conde 0 Posted July 11, 2003 Definitely my kind of shot... Splendid landscape! Link to comment
walter_strong3 0 Posted July 12, 2003 My only suggestion would be to raise or lower the horizon so it does not bifurcatethe image. Personally, I'd opt for more flowers. Link to comment
