Nice summer moment. Maybe seeing a little more of the water. Did you also get him as he hit the water? The frame shadowing bothers me, probably because of the color and closeness to water. You might also consider playing with levels or burning just to take the edge off of the highlights. Nice shot.

I have the images of the divers all the way down to the water including the splash. I'm not fond of the those last photos. It seems to me that they are too far away from the high cliff and the water - it draws your attention away from the height of the cliff where the action began.
