Hello!

Firsst: I think that your added photo ios far from bad. unfortunately we see real bad photo's here more than we would like.. I like the photographed subject, I love the raindrops on the leave.

On the downside (you requested critiques... right?) I find the composition a bit to 'tight'I would have liked a bit more space around the central leave.I would liked the grass to be more bright. Though the brown leave has good colours!

Hi matthijs,

I'm a tight cropper, as they might say here on these sites.

On this image, I feel the leaf pops into the eye from a mess of grass, clover &  a tiny flower. The pearly drops stare at the observer. They even don't roll off the vertical leaf.

What's going on here? It's nature at work & play, I guess.
