Thanks for viewing/comments! I finally got sunshine (a couple days last

week) early enough for my elusive Skimmer shot. :-)

Very well done, perhaps your best yet!  You seem to be on a quest to get that perfect skimmer photo :>)   Best of luck, but your efforts so far have been stunning.

Best regards,

Dennis

- Thanks Dennis! Yes, I am now truely hooked to attempt to get better and better Skimmer image. The enthusiasm comes from the liitle knowledge I gain recently in guessing their feeding time. :-)

Hey Tm,

Have you ever visited Merritt Island NWR surrounding Cape Canaveral in Florida?  The last time I was there there were lots of skimmers and when I get down there again I'm going to try not only still photos but video with my 7D as well.

Good luck!

Dennis

The low angle and light control with the glassy reflection make this an excellent shot Tue.  Nice work.

Hi Dennis, Florida is on my wishlist since I've been to at least 40 states and lived in a few that included Eastcoast, Mid-west and obviously Westcoast (since Calif. is home). However, never been to the South ... Alabama, Georgia, N/S Caroline & Florida.

Thanks Steve! Nice to hear from you and hope you are doing well. :-)
