Well, I think from the title that perhaps your intent was to feature the trainer. As it is shot, the trainee draws my attention and the trainer is a bit of an afterthought. He looks to be somewhat tentative and shrinking into the background. He may very well be doing his job as he should, but I think having him bend his knees and adopting a more active posture would go a long way. 

 

I think the woman and the way the photo is composed would make it a great photo if it was just of the woman, particularly if you cropped from the top of her leggings/tights. I love the light on her face and her look, though it would be nice to see the dumbbell a little better. One other thing: I would consider cloning out the light reflections on the floor.
