It is a dance in development, which its narrative tells about the damages human being are doing to our planet/earth. "Venus in Furs" ..is" crazy" with a great sense of humour and well executed by 3 skilled dancers but underneat there is a great pain

.Choreographer ; Sally- Anne Friedland, and A. Matzliach the conductor (it is a set of different dances in the dance center by the name of: Hues in the dance)

Dancers : Robin Kain, Mor Bar- Zakai, Omer Astrachan.

Thanks for viewing.

I find myself most intrigued by the figure in the background. The way in which the dof relates to the three individual dancers gives a nice sense of depth and also reinforces the diagonal motion from front to back in the frame. The industrial/institutional stage set, along with the lighting, lend an ominous note to the proceedings.

Can you imagine that it is a theater's stage? it is a very old one( all black), when I first entered it I felt like " Alibaba in the cave" very interesting place though.

I read Mary Higgens Clark horror/mystery novels which often have two unconnected would-be pursuers of the victim... one within the inner circle like the man menacing the hat-wearer in this case, and one random meshuggenah, here--coming at him slowly from the perimeter -- the woman seems to be spinning a web.  The hat-wearer has a mask of almost unconcern, similar to a street survival facade, as if he is tougher than them both, yet his eye is open and aware.   I like Gordon's critique.  Their fur speaks of previous violence.  Wonderful perspective ... the slight motion of the woman... they all look dangerous

Thanks! interesting commentary and impression,I like to  read what you think, always connected to other artists, and the word" meshugene" (not the meaning the yiddish) is connecting both of us..;-)).

btw, Gordon and yourself are always very eloquent writers)!

Pnina, the tape lines on the stage, the wood lines of the flats, the stone wall and metal door all provide a nice atmosphere for the rustic costumes. It feels Brechtian to me. The figure in the background and the rope certainly provides a nice tension and contrast to the figures in the foreground. The neutral color palette enhances the mood nicely.

Excellent, Pnina. This is a nicely balanced picture with the woman on the end of the line providing a counterweight to the couple in the foreground.
