Lovely. Your camera meter jumbles the scene and expects to measure light based on 18% gray. When you have backlit scenes, light colors such as yellow and white, it fools the meter into under exposing and results in a darker image. I usually dial in 1 stop compensation.

I have lightened the image and sharpened it a bit for your perusal. I never claim mine is better and you may not agree to the change I have done.
