Another Pixel Bender delight! A lot people don't like the filter but I must say I find it intriguing and creative. Well done, Pieere!

Hi Pierre,

apart from blended pixels, also noteworthy is the snail 'jumping' - at a snail's pace - onto a second leaf!

An image to ponder...

Cheers

Awww, I love the smaller creatures in life (except spiders, off course!).  You really made this snail look fantastic with the 'blending pixels'.  A nice, original idea.

Kind regards

Pierre,

WOW! That is wonderful what you've done here, at least for the Snail!

I've not seen that filter before now, but I can see where it could have its advantages.

Regards always,

I've never seen this filter before either. It's a great effect though. Must check it out!

I also like your simple black background and neat framing.

Pierre , I've been back and forward looking at both versions . I can see that the filter has altered the " slime " and hi-lights , still not sure that I want to use it . I wonder if it would work on just a selection ? Just a thought ! Bill

William, it will work on just a selection as any other filter, but you should know that it only works with Adobe Photoshop CS5, version 12 and above!

Anche questa immagine ha un senso oltre che una bellezza essenziale: mi piacerebbe incontrarti per parlare delle nostre...creazioni. Ciao, amico mio!
