james_oneill 0 Posted July 4, 2003 I like the style and pose - it's just a fraction dark - although it may be my screen, the dark background and dark dress merge together a bit. Like the toning, and her grace comes over well. There's some other stuff I like in this folder. Must go over them. Link to comment
ross_warner2 0 Posted July 4, 2003 The lines of the dancer and play of light and dark areas draw ones eye through the entire space. I am not sure the photo is dark. I think the dress should blend, as it does, to the background. Nice work. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted July 5, 2003 Impressive! I'm not sure about the composition.. maybe there's too much space on the left side..? Anyway, the lighting is excellent! I like the way the dress blends into background. You certainly have captured the feeling dancing and delight. Link to comment
angelika 0 Posted July 5, 2003 I like it dark - it's very moody with a hint of mistery... :)Great picture! Link to comment
miles_hecker 0 Posted July 7, 2003 I really like the mood and composition here. It does look a tad too dark on this horrid white PN background, but it looks lovely in a black screen in Photoshop. Link to comment
david_montroy 0 Posted July 8, 2003 A very good photo-painting. Light, colors and tones remind to some Rembrandt paintings. Link to comment
margaret_s. 0 Posted October 12, 2003 I like this version better than the one you recently posted on usefilm. It's richer and warmer - very beautiful - the only thing that bugs me a bit is the hair in the face - I keep wanting to move it away, not entirely.. just a little. Btw, been wanting to mention that your photos have really improved dramatically over the past year even if some of them are not exactly my style. Some of your work is really amazing. Would love to see more tongue-in-cheek works in the same vein as Altar Ego and like this stuff here :) Link to comment
