Weird banding doesn't show on Photoshop version--anybody know why it's showing here?

Sorry Robert. I do think it is too dark. I feel the composition is nice but would like the photo to be lighter overall. I like the other version of the windmill better.

Robert, I don't know if you got an answer to your question. The banding is a common effect of lower quality jpeg files. Where you have this sort of gradiated sky it can even occur at quite high quality levels.

I like the picture. I don't it's too dark at all.
