gunnar1664882369 1 Posted June 13, 2012 Impressive, the post-processing is very artistic and gives an excellent final result. Stunning photograph. Link to comment
alberta_pizzolato 21 Posted June 13, 2012 How many people walked by and never saw what you saw. And captured so well.Lovely how Mother Nature cooperated with branches placed so artistically around those beautiful eyes.Cheers ~Alberta Link to comment
Jack McRitchie 150 Posted June 14, 2012 Great shot, Gordon. The post processing is very effective and the end result has a kind of charming coyness. Nice to see some new work. Hope things are warming up where you live. Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted June 14, 2012 The connection/ framing, between nature and woman is so very beautiful, she looks like a flower herself ! great observation,DOF. B/W and very nice angle chosen. Link to comment
gordonjb 10,860 Posted June 14, 2012 Gunnar, Alberta, Jack and Pnina, Thanks for your comments. This was taken from my seat out the window of a bus stopped at a traffic light in Hong Kong. The pp was minimal, toned then some selective sharpening and a reverse vignette. If you carry around a camera all day sometimes you get lucky, this was one of those occasions. Link to comment

gordonjb 10,860 Posted June 16, 2012 A single frame taken through a bus window while stopped at a traffic light in H.K. Thanks for any suggestions or comments. Link to comment
gordonjb 10,860 Posted June 18, 2012 Tatjana,Thanks glad you like this one. Jeff,This type of composition did seem to jump out at me from amongst the urban clutter. Perhaps the previous several weeks of trying to spot tiny undersea creatures in the riot of shapes and colours underwater had an effect on my vision. Link to comment
