Thanks for viewing/comments! The kid somehow) gotten stuck to her belly

with his legs stick out up in the air . This image is a classic now since the

next day the kid is no where to be seen since the bay got extreme high/low

tide and the Avocet parents are not wise enough to take the kid to the mud

bank way out where in the evening there would be 2 feet + of high water.

Sigh!

Very unique "moment" captured here Tm. Even with your explanation its a little hard to understand what is going on but I really like it. Bird's eye level perspective is wonderful.

Thanks Phil! Basically, the kid somehow stuck to his mother belly (click left arrow to see another shot where she stands up and his feet is way off the ground). The sad story here is that I took this around 6,7 PM on Saturday thinking that the kid will not last because of the back bay hostile condition and that prove to be true since when I came back this morninng at 7AM, the parents were standing around calling for the kid and he's no where in sight. I know it would happen since he's too small and needed to be in a pond, not the ocean (or a bay that connect to an ocean with tidal changes in this case). Good to hear from you Phil.
