Thanks Mark! This is the type of shot that I am just trying out, the traditional/classic one is to shoot early in the morning to get smooth water surface with early sun (or no sun) in the back. This one is shooting against the sun (backlighted) and flash filled with a better beamer flash extender . Very hard to get the eye in the correct light direction and it's harder to shoot backlighted since if it's over flash then the white would be too white. :-)
