Martyn, This is an outstanding landscape, You have really captured a mood in this image. Is the light from the moon? looks very cloudy, or is it just printed down for affect.

This shot was taken early morning on a very dull and cloudy day. I wanted to accentuate the crashing wave. I did this by reducing the exposure to the sky and rock areas.  By converting it to B+W it did start to take on a moonlit appearance. I increased contrast to the sky also to create a moody scene.

I really like your processing of this.  It does look like the moon reflecting off the wave.  The composition is wonderful with the dark sky, rugged rocks, and a small wave that is catching what little light is in the frame.  Excellent work.
