GailAnthonyHarmer 6 Posted June 12, 2012 Very nice capture of your 'sweetie' Chuck. The added 'noise' and vigenette works very well with this capture. She has a lovely smile. How is Bailey??? I am sure it was a very 'wise' choice to get a dog sooner rather than later. Cheers for now, Gail Link to comment
JohnWebster 3 Posted June 12, 2012 This does have a vintage snapshot feel to it that is interesting. I used shadow-highlights in photoshop cs, levels, curves, the history brush, dodging the iris and pupil of her eyes and a touch of sharpening in my version of your image. I post my adjustments not because they are better than your original image but only to show to you and to others who might view your image that there is more than one way to finish an image. I hope this helps. Good luck. Link to comment
color 3 Posted June 12, 2012 Thanks. It is my "Sweetie". I tried a variety of treatments for this image and liked this version pretty well. Glad you like it.And, yes, it's worked out very well to have adopted Bailey. Every time we come home she greets us like she hadn't seen us in weeks. She's very sweet. She "sings" and barks when she wants to play or get petted. A pleasant companion. Link to comment
