I am not sure if stretching really wakes you up. It probably does but not as much as this image. I do like the sense of freedom.

Thank you all for the wonderful comments and ratings. David - there is something quite beautiful that happens to the female body when a woman stretches like this. I also liked the look of peace in her expression.
