Thanks for viewong/comments! The usual aggressive Avocet

becomes much more aggressive once they have chicks. The Black-

necked Still in general is much more tame (even with chick)

compares to the Avocet. However, in this case the Avocet got too

close to the BNS chick and a fight ensued .

Man Tm, you really set yourself up for success on this set with that BG. I love it. This was nice timing. I like that the Avocet's neck is stretched forward and away from it's body. I created great depth. And they just happened to frame great together with where the wings fell into place. Nice.

Thanks Kenneth! I like this one a lot since the avocet has a 3D projection to me. The reason is because of lighting, I had used the newly purchase 'Better Beamer' (after Dennis comment on the Skimmer shot a while back) and mounted that on my 580EX II and it lighted the birds well in this shot.
