jamie,  colors here are just simply exquisite, as is the soft b/g.  has a fall-ish  sort of feel to it.  lovely work.

Hi Jamie, this is just lovely! A wonderful balance of light and blur with the main subject just sharp enough. You definitely have a unique style all your own! and no compression here! Beautiful image, great work! Best wishes. Sarah.

This is how I might process it now, less than six months later. I turned off exposure recovery, reduced brightness and contrast to keep from blowing anything out. Which???? Thanks Sarah. best, jamie

Hi Jamie. Because your upload was very good the first time around it is hard to see a difference. I love them both! Have a great weekend. Best wishes. Sarah.

the new one is just a bit richer, and the processing more judicious. the original is probably still better for printing. Thanks Sarah. best, j

but still I wasn't all the way into the macro zone. I have two lenses that go to 1:1, but only with an extra module. I wasn't using it that day, so this one will be at about 2:1. Thanks Patsy. best, j
