She reminds me of a woman who lived on our street when my children were young. It was a Court and we lived in the circle. She would go outside in her 'negligees' to water her garden, then later in the evening, she would go for a walk that included walking the 'circle' where there was a 'grassy area in the middle where the neighbor children played. She would always have a Negligee on but in the evenings wore a 'hat'. This womand appears to have her 'negligee' on as well. Great capture Ruud. She appears to keep good care of herself and is careful to be 'coordinated'!!!

It seems she may be off to something a little more formal than shopping.  Such a wonderful splash of colour.  She has colour coordinated herself with he bicycle.  A super find and capture.
