Some additional thoughts: as good as this is and probably the way you saw it, I am wondering if you under-exposed by one stop and added a touch of contrast if a little more drama would be appealing? Just a question!

Very unusual point of view. I feel that I might be looking upward and then I feel I'm looking down at something flat, like a river bed. Great capture!

I am not saying anything new on this one but wonderful textures and lines you have captured perfectly here. You have included only enough sky as was needed which is perfect because this photo isn't about sky but those wonderful tones and textures in the rock and sand.
