For me, the tree on the right of the bird is a huge distraction. I would crop it out...which still leaves a problem with the dark branch and the branches in the foreground. Those could be cloned out and then blur the background some to make the cloning less obvious. Alot of editing, but in my opinion, the shot is good enough to warrant it.
