I think the "flamboyant" must be different to what we call flamboyant, here in The Bahamas, but it is a lovely abstract shot anyway. Super rich colours!

Pat - it is the same flamboyant.  I used a polarizer to help bring out the colors. The flamboyant in the background was in full bloom and well lit.

The fronds were waving in the wind late afternoon in the caribbean island of Nevis. I must have shot about 9 images of this scene before getting this one.
