HDR

Love the image on the wall of the right hand bucket

I like this image and the HDR works well with this kind of subject.Tight crop really keeps the focus on these big buckets but could have been a little looser to include the last tooth on the right edge of the frame.Bravo for this nice shot!

Great image Pekka. The angles of the shovels and clouds work well with the dominant curve of the right hand shovel. The HDR flattens it to make it a striking piece of art. Regards. Bob

I like this image very much especially all of the textures and forms on the rusted equipment. With the the two 'eyes', the equipment almost starts to take on the form of perhaps alien life.

With HDR you will get a very mixed reaction here at PN based on experience. I had an HDR image that most people loved and then I realized that someone rated it a '3' without comment. When I approached the individual, he said he did not like HDR  - it was like plug-and-play and did not like the effect.

Even though I like it very much and rated it six, my eyes are drawn to the very white sky at the upper right portion of the image. I would have preferred that area to contain a bit of detail and be a bit darker. That, of course is a personal preference.
