Labrador and Idolomantis become friends(View Large) 2 pics below

I know my dog, Winston, obeys better than any other dog that I have

ever had, but I still wasn't sure if he would swipe it after the

repeated ear flips(one of the pics below) from the mantis, so I just

ended the shoot. It probably was just testing the water and was about

to climb up on him, which would have landed me the money shot, but

I've invested a lot of waiting time with this hardest to raise to

adult mantis and I need to at least get a few more good shots of her

before putting her in such danger.

Very good and interesting photo. I don't know if I'm more impressed by the photo or by the fact that you raised a mantis.
