This is an interesting photograph. I kind of like her expression, but the pose looks a bit overdone for my taste.

There are times when excessive grain can work to enhance an image. I wouldn't say this is one of them. The cropping of her hands behind her shoe is a tad awkward.  I am afraid her feet and hands look very foreshortened. A longer lens would have helped here, if you really wanted to stick with this pose.
