Ovenbird

Just in time for the Warbler migration. The Ovenbird, a Warbler, gets

it's name from the nest it builds that looks like a Dutch oven. This

shot is only a few feet above the old growth forest floor in

Southeastern Pennsylvania. This shot was taken in low light conditions

with a Canon 7D and 100-400mm L lens and no flash as I will not do

anything overly disturb the wildlife. This little Warbler really posed

for me and allowed me to get several nice shots. Please view large, I

think the Ovenbird and limb he is on really seems to pop.
