Christina, thank you for sharing.  I'm sorry that you're missing the entire message of this image.  There was no ensuing "blow job" as you put it, and the feeling of this moment was far from anything pornographic.  Do you feel that true intimate moments between lovers is pornographic?  Probably not.  Then why do you feel capturing that moment in time photographically automatically translates it to porn?  I've never understood that concept!
