Could this be a Dwelling Place or is it just a series of layers, warped

to give it a bit of this illusion? Or perhaps you see something

completely different? (let me know what you see, many thanks, Gail)

Well, the colors remind me of a walnut, but the design is more of something at first like a cocoon, but then something that will swallow one up, as one enters like a door after door shutting and squeezing.  The swirls on the base like waves of happiness ... and then this Loch Ness Monster.  --- How's that?  Anyway,  I enjoy this as I do your great imagination and artistry. Regards, Donna

Gail, I see deep within the labyrinth, there is an inner world of peace & beauty, where one take shelter from the storms in our lives.  It is the 'Dwelling Place' of soul. Superb rendition. Compliments.

Gail, this is almost religious in its presentation, you could create a great stained glass window from this abstract. Excellent work, i love th etextures in each element.

It is always a pleasure to see your name of ANY of my pages! I will always be inspired by your work Diego. Your last few of 'your beautiful young lady' are so beautiful and elegant. She is more beautiful, yet in my 'mind's eye' I am reminded of a mix of 'Audrey Hepburn and a bit of Sophia Loren'. There is probably another actress that is 'in the mix also'. You are a very fortunate man to have such a beauty on your 'arm'.

Congrats, and many thanks for your visit, Gail

This is one of my favourites of your work Gail. The textures are just fantastic as is your use of shapes creating an impressive work of art.  The 'sharp' edges coupled with the textures used create a fluidity throughout the whole scene and give this image (for me) an aggressive feel which I really like. nicely done
