Silence bay

Its a nice scene but the photo is left looking slightly flat because of the lack of tonal range in some portions of the photo.

For instance at first glance the wave along the horizon (top 1/3rd left side) could just as easily be mistaken for a cloud because of their tonal similarity (lack of contrast), at least to my eye.

I love the range of tones in the clouds themselves which look very nice but due to their nature and lack of contrast the horizon line is slightly lost in certain areas.

Overall a nice photograph that I would love to take a nice detailed look at very large. 5-5.5 out of 7 for my part.
