charity1 0 Posted April 25, 2012 This was taken at LaBarque Creek Conservation Area in Missouri. Normally there is only a trickle of water, but this time we just had a heavy rainfall and the creek was running high. At this case the creek flows over an overhang. There is a hole in the roof of the overhand and generally all the water falls through this hole, but in case we also have water flowing over the edge of the overhang. I got in the back of the overhang behind the falls took this panorama HDR combo. Link to comment
marjansburijs 0 Posted April 26, 2012 It seems that you have been very lucky:) [with the light and amount of water], excellent textures, composition and overall impression. Link to comment

maranwilson 1 Posted April 27, 2012 You have really captured some amazing light here and managed the HDR perfectly Robert. The image contains all that wonderful detail yet you have also preserved nice contrast. Always a challenge with HDR, but you handled it well. Link to comment
photodady 0 Posted April 28, 2012 I like all of the shots from the Missouri slideshow. Very cool and unique perspectives and unusual lighting. The HDR effects are a bit over the top for my taste and seem to detract from otherwise really good compositions. Proof is in the "Greens Caves" shot, which I suspect is also HDR processed.
