Thanks, Tamara. I used the Filter/stylize/solarize in CS5 to achieve the effect after doing some other more standard adjustments.

Your choice of effects gave this image a painterly-ish look as well. But I definiteyly see the 'sollarize' filter, but somehow it is not so strong in this image. Very creative Gungajim! Warmest regards,Gail
