  The pose is great but the lighting is problematic.  Under her near arm her abdomen is basically in shadow but pierced with a bright shaft of light touching her lower breast and continuing downward.  There is a double shadow effect on both upper legs that does not seem natural.  I lack words to express it exactly but I think the subject calls for a more natural feel of lighting that does not bring our attention to its artificial production.

  The eye contact with the camera gives this a bit of pinup style; if her face were smiling that theme would be complete.  I can also imagine her looking elsewhere in which this pose could easily become a fine art nude.  She has dark penetrating eyes; my preference would be that the highlight show more in them. Retouching can be effective at this.  Her hair is quite dark and has passed the digital underexposure limit and texture has been lost.  You can modify the response curve in software to get such texture to better show, especially if photographing in Raw format.  Also, originally exposing so as to bring the histogram brighter lights to the far right, helps preserve the pixels of the shadows.
