vezio paoletti 0 Posted April 23, 2012 eccellente immagine. Per un verso formale e grafica, per l'altro ironica e poetica. Mi ha subito attratto. Peccato non poterla ingrandire.vezio Link to comment

overdiep 0 Posted April 25, 2012 Beautiful and artistic image. I can view a long time. Regarding the model: sometimes you need some courage and you did it. Regards. Link to comment

Guest Guest Posted April 26, 2012 I'm glad you told the story about asking the woman to be your model. There are many who might prefer for this to have been candid. Frankly, I find that attitude quite silly. To me, the fact that you were creative enough to think about this and set is up is part of the artistry of your work. The shadow on her face, the distinctness of the display of eyes, and the indistinct woman walking away from it all are great. I like the split screen and the way the rectangular sections play off each other. Her stance is very nice as well, and even her barely seen hand up to her chin. A nice and personal use of another artist's conception, making it very much your own and thinking photographically. Link to comment
3m 0 Posted April 29, 2012 Love this one, Andrea..! Beautifully perceived and presented... I very much like your use of (rectangular) space and (oddity of) shapes. Hope you are doing very well & are enjoying nice weather in Rome... ( and continue lots of good photo shoots too :-) Gr, M Link to comment
tonyfrench 0 Posted May 1, 2012 Andrea, I like the strong contrasts of dark and light, particularly the column of white with the two dark figures. It reminds me very much of Robert Wilson's stage pictures. I also like that you asked the person to stand there as it creates a wonderful shadow against the grey section of wall, which for me makes a nice counterbalance to the white reflection on the left part of the floor. Guest Guest Posted May 1, 2012 I just noticed that I addressed my comment to Antonio, well, actually, my computer did. I hate that automatic typing mechanism that finishes a word for you. Anyway, still a lovely photo! Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted May 12, 2012 Good idea to ask the girl to pose for you. Double creations, the thought and the result!...;-)) Very well composed and used the opportunity. Link to comment

LenMarriott 9 Posted June 3, 2012 Yes, Good Eye! :-) As to your most imaginative composition, I really like the play of 'light on dark' and 'dark on light. Designed, no doubt, to give toddlers and elementary school age children nightmares. Here's lookin' at you! Best, LM. Link to comment

gunnar1664882369 1 Posted September 3, 2012 Andrea, seems that I missed the image. Visiting your folder I found this gem. The image is very creative and attractive where we can see the dialogue between the "eyes" and the person in the right. The motion blurred woman adds movement and life to the scene. Excellent!
