Colors & clouds are great.  The tilted tree is cool.  The kayaker is in the perfect position for rule of thirds.  All together, I guess that's why I feel that it's too staged.  It would have been more interesting with movement.  For example, if you had instructed the kayaker to move in from the lower right so that the kayak created a bit of a wake.  Just my initial thoughts.

Good Morning, The composition is nice and the image is well balanced.  The overall scene IMHO is not staged because there is slight movement from the kayak, a better term might be oppurtunistic. I especially like the contrast of cool sky and warm sunset. Just my thoughts.
