Thank you for viewing and for the comment.You are right about the lighting;this shot was taken at high noon with the sun shining almost directly overhead only creating shadows on already dark attire.I tried to lighten up a bit without loosing the light tone of the stone wall.

Excellent shot with simple but eye catching composition and strong contrast. Dark policemen and window on the bright wall make the atmosphere of this picture (as well as the red hydrant).

Thank you kindly.The only apprehension I had when taking this shot was the reaction of the riot police which was on alert for some reason I cannot remember,but it turned out ok.
