Curved destination II

Strong composition!  That 10mm lens may bend things a little, but it looks great.

love the angle of this shot! not sure if it was used with a fish eye lens or not? but the lines on the wall, including the tiles, railings, and steps all lead my eye up to the top of the hallway. It makes me wonder what is past the stairs and what is there to find down that hallway. Excellent use of contrast in this image! Love the dark shadows on the front of each step, gives it a great visual path! I also love how the ceiling at the top of the steps is curved, it changes the picture because everything else is so in-organic and boxy!

the toning and lens distortion for me evoke a visceral reaction to the space- making it seem both kinesthetic and archetypal.
