This is looking toward the northwest.  One tower of the Golden Gate is just visible on the right.  This entire series was handheld.

I've posted a lot of urban panoramas on PN and they never do very well in the ratings unless they are some very engaging and visilble elements of the skyline. Nonetheless, I take skyline shots to nearly every city I visit for my personal memories!

Thanks for the comment....and personal memories is exactly the reason I took these.  My brother is getting ready to move to Las Vegas and this was probably the last time I'll get to San Francisco.
